In 1879, a person named Wilhelm Wundt opened up an institution of psychology in Germany at University of Leipzig.

This was the first ever institution committed to psychology.

Wilhelm Wundt is considered as the “Father of Psychology”.

According to him:

“Psychology is an inspection of person’s feelings, thoughts and expressions and person’s willpower”.

2: RUDOLPH GOLAK:

In 1590, he defined Psychology according to his perspective.

The definition of Wilhelm Wundt was then later on rejected because of the reason that behavior was completely ignored and was given no importance.

So according to Watson’s perspective:

“Psychology is the study of human nature and behavior”.
